Introducing our Mini Cakes Special for May & June - a seasonal treat perfect for the transition from late spring to summer. Try our Berry Chantilly mini cake that combines the freshness of summer with the richness of New Orleans heritage. This cake that originated in New Orleans features fresh mixed berries and whipped mascarpone on a white cake with a hint of almond. This cake is made with love and is a tribute to my roots.

All of our mini cakes are 2 inch rounds, single layer and single serving. They come individually packaged in a box with a handle and a mini fork tucked in to be enjoyed right away.

All mini cakes are frosted with Italian meringue buttercream if not otherwise specified. Our Italian Meringue Buttercream contains a lower sugar content than most other buttercream, like American Buttercream, so it is not overwhelmingly sweet. Due to its silky and fluffy nature it melts in your mouth. Our goal is to focus on flavor rather than overly sweet desserts.
