Fruit Buttercream Cakes - Triple Tier

Vanilla bean cake or a premium cake flavor with fruit infused buttercream filling.

All of our cakes are round with 4 layers in a single tier (3 layers in a 4 inch cake). We make cakes as small as a 1 tier with 9 servings, and up to 6 tiers with 335 servings.

All cakes are coated in Italian meringue buttercream on the outside. Our Italian Meringue Buttercream is for individuals who don’t want to be overwhelmed by the sweetness of sugar. It contains a lower sugar content than most other buttercream, like American Buttercream. Due to its silky and fluffy nature it melts in your mouth. Our goal is to focus on flavor rather than overly sweet desserts.
